Happy New Year to everyone! well it's a new and a new beginning,hope 2006 will be a good and peaceful year=)
Crashed at ming xian's house for 2 days since friday,did quite alot of things over there...we played some games,watched dvds,ate lotsa of food xp( hopefully we don't grow fat) and justin taught us how to play poker..well it's not really the gambling type of poker that we usually play..it's an easier version...and so we played through the night while others were playing PS2 downstairs in the hall...the night past by and we fell asleep...
well for the next day i was the one who woke up last =x i slept at 530am so maybe i have an excuse to wake up late heh xp everyone was already up,had their breakfast and playing already...we simply repeat the cycle yesterday until chan jing called...then we went down to thomson plaza to have our super late lunch at swensens and after that we went back MX place again to prepare ourselves for countdown...
after everyone got ready we headed down town and started walking from far east...we reached there kinda early like 7+ so we just walked around as we couldn't decide wad to do...most of the shops were closed since it's new yr's eve...so we went on walking and walking until we eventually reached plaza sing...we got ourselves a drink at 7-11 and continued our long walk to marina sq for the fireworks display by the bay...we decided to sit down at genki sushi to have our dinner and rest our legs til it's midnight...it was around 10 pm then...everywhere was crowded in town..we finished around 113o and we thought that maybe we could get a better view at the esplanade so we crossed over there...(as much as i don't want to go there) esplanade park was all muddy but i guess during festive season people just want to play and forget about anything else...so we waited for awhile and the 1st blast of fireworks lit up the sky and following it was just continuous blast of glamourous fireworks...everyone was just mesmerised by the beauty of it that they just keep their eyes on the colourfully lit sky...for couples i guess it was the right time to make out...and everyone just wished each other a happy new yr! no doubt the fireworks display was great but i guess it could have been better somehow...well at least for me...well i guess it was fun overall..maybe not the muddy part..
after that well i guess people that went for countdown parties in town shld know how it's like..everyone rushing and pushing to get on to the last transport to get home...eventually we walked all the way back from esplanade to far east again,almost decided to walk to newton circles..but guess we were not that crazy after all..so we shared cab and went back to ming xian's place for the night..well guess that's all..it's only down to a day to sch reopens..hope everyone is well prepared for a new yr of curriculum...all the best people=)

sch reopens in 5 days' time and everything starts anew...people will doing o's and psle and A lvls...guess this is the way it is in spore...the cycle goes on and and everything is just reccuring...well all the best to people taking all these major exams=)
SAJC here we come...i guess there won't be any funny business for me in SA other than books after hearing how is it like over there..if possible i would a scholarship after completion of A lvls to go overseas though...well that's if i can...
